For your convenience once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will
be emailed a tracking number, which will enable you to track your shipment online.
All standard orders ship by the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped it will take approximately 5-7 days to be delivered unless
you selected an expedited shipping method.
NOTE: Delivery to AK and HI may take up to 2 weeks.
EverSmoke welcomes international customers and can ship worldwide. International delivery can take from 7 to 30 business days to arrive, depending upon the country being shipped to. We are extremely experienced with shipping electronic cigarette products and accessories internationally. Unfortunately, no matter how versed the shipper, delays do sometimes occur at the hands of national customs agencies.
Although we ship orders all over the world and seldom experience any delivery issues, please be advised that a few nations have placed restrictions on the importation of electronic cigarette products. At your request, we will ship anywhere; however we cannot take responsibility for packages seized by customs. We abide by the laws of the countries where we physically operate, but it is your responsibility to know the laws in your home country.

Upon the completion of your EverSmoke order, you will receive an email confirming your order including your confirmation number. You will then receive an additional email when your order has been packed and shipped along with tracking information if applicable.
If you chose to create an EverSmoke account during your purchase, you can check your order status anytime by simply clicking on the "Login" link in the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view information regarding your order. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in our system.
All of our orders are sent out with traceable Delivery Confirmation Service. If your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe, please call customer service at 1-800-856-EVER so that we can investigate the matter and send you a replacement shipment if necessary.
